This is all about activities to be performed in the short perspective to strategies that guides us in the long perspective. On many occasions it comes down to action plans that include both short term and long term activities, which makes it cruical to have formulated strategies for guidance.

I can provide services in the shape of formulating strategies, solutions, requirement specifications, acquisition specifikations and coaching to your internal work with these tasks.

Manage

With a formulated strategy and defined goals, it´s time to manage the activities in accordance with theese.

This means that the target vision that has been formulated shall be transformed into one or more projects, a demanding task with many perspectives to adhere to. One important key to success in this work is to make sure that the business walks hand in hand with the technology, making sure not only the opportunities but also the restrictions are clearly visible all the way.

I can provide management services like project management for solutiondesign, acquisition, implementation and installation. I can also provide coaching to your own staff acting as project managers, with focus on developing their skill and experience. If you are in need of temporary management resources, I can provide "management for hire" during a defined period of time.

About me

18 years of experience from the IT-industry, in different roles like system developer, technical specialist, project manager and business manager.

My background is a Master of Science in CSEE with deep knowledge within IT-infrastructure, system architecture and system integration. I have worked in roles like system developer, technical specialist, security specialist, project manager, IT-manager, CTO and business manager, within private industry and public sector.

I have had further education within project management (PROPS), management and leadership (Right Sinova), PENG (step 1 and 2), ITIL (certified), ESA and I have worked within sectors like producing industry, transportation, energy and healthcare/municipalities. Business areas that I have worked with includes IT, Tech IT, Financial, Business Intelligence, Procurement and Management.
